What is Australian Trusted Trader (ATT)?

ATT is a government partnership with Australian businesses to streamline legitimate trade. ATT reduces red tape at the border for Trusted Traders, improves certainty in export markets, and expediates the flow of your cargo in and out of Australia – which means faster access to market.

ATT accredits Australian businesses that can demonstrate a secure international supply chain and compliant trade practices. ATT is a free and voluntary program administrated by the Australian Border Force (ABF). Once accredited, businesses have access to a growing range of benefits that simplify their customs processes.

What this means for our clients…

Australian Trusted Trader accreditation recognises that White Knight Global Logistics has undergone comprehensive ABF examination of the organisation and its procedures both physical and documentary. The ATT program recognises businesses with a secure supply chain and compliant trade practices, therefore providing confidence to anyone that uses the services of White Knight Global Logistics that their goods will be secure whilst under its control.

We now receive priority processing through the National Trade Advice Centre and the National Refunds Intervention. This includes advance rulings in relation to tariffs, valuation and origin, advance ruling reviews, duty drawback claims, and refund and remission applications for customs import duty.

One of the main benefits is that we now have a dedicated ABF account manager. Our account manager will work with us to improve compliance with border requirements and resolve border clearance issues. This benefit flows onto our clients and can help minimise delays if or when they occur.

ATT works in partnership with the Known Consignor initiative. Known Consignor affects businesses that need to meet the United States of America air cargo requirements.

ATT accreditation acknowledges that we have been independently assessed and accredited against World Customs Organization standards.

As an ATT accredited service provider, we offer our clients the assurance that your Customs Broker and Freight Forwarder Services are compliant with the highest standards in the industry.
